Aloha All, does anyone know of any toddler-friendly volunteer opportunities for hands-on gardening in the Kaimuki area? Trying to get our little one out and playing in the dirt a little more while doing some good in the community!

My first thought is the Diamond Head C&C Community Garden on Leahi Ave. right near Paki Park. You can put in for a plot (I imagine there is a long waiting list) or if you don’t want to get a plot of your own, the garden might have work days. Check their bulletin board!
